This company offers extreme flexibility for days off. It also offers great benefits for retirement and health insurance!
The CEO of the company and location are the worst.
Zero flexibility, pitiful insurance options, no (paid or unpaid) vacation until a year, no 401k until 3 years. The company has no HR department and no understanding of benefits. Free lunch no longer a regular thing.
Good health insurance, HORRIBLE vacation time (you only get one week after you've been here for a YEAR), 6 paid holidays
Excellent health insurance coverage, Good benefits overall
Mediocre health insurance and pension plan. Federal holidays are paid. You do get paid some paid vacation but the days can be hard to use because the lack of human resources in the office. The president doesn't like people to work from home but will bend his rules sometimes. Also free lunch on every Tuesday. Sometimes the president will give performance bonuses but they seem pretty random as well.
