Excellent work/life balance and retirement benefits.
The benefits are generous and forward thinking. Medical and dental are good but seem to be best for those living in or close to NYC itself.
Healthcare is decent. The retirement package is the best.
The vacation time is reasonable and there are many days off for national holidays.
The health insurance doesn't start right away. You have to wait a minimum of two months. The 401K matching doesn't start for a year, you can start contributing yourself immediately, though. The holiday plan is reasonable.
The health care plan is good until you need cobra and then it's too expensive.
maternity leave can be better
Health, Dental, Vision, EAP, Plum Benefits, 12 sick days/year, 3 optional days/year, varying amount of vacation days depending on length of employment
Transitcheck options. TIAA CREF retirement savings plan, company match.
Low-cost for health care out of pay check (but high co-pays). Decent matching for 401k. Decent vacation days and sick days amounts.
