Really good benefits though there were a few times where the right deductions were not taken out correctly towards the end of the year.
Health insurance is high and the deductible is high.

Camden has all of the basic benefits, PTO paid holidays and sick leave, medical/dental/Vision, 401k, Flex Spending for health and childcare. The best thing by far is the vacation apartments for $20.00 per night and the 18 percent Verizon discount.
No option to cash out or roll over more than 40 hours of PTO

Only options are EPO and high deductible health plan. Limited pharmacy options. 401k and stock purchase plan are great. Dental and vision benefits are good. FSA & HSA options. PTO is good and paid holidays are also awesome.
They are self insured for health insurance, and decisions on what is covered beyond routine stuff is decided by H.R.. Need a basic prescription or get pregnant? You're good to go! Need a minor, inexpensive procedure that is medically necessary? Sorry, we won't cover it, ever. And don't you dare try to appeal or question those decisions.
