Great medical insurance, good compensation if you work hard and smart. All across the board the benefits are supreme compared to most companies. They even buy you clothes.
United Health Care is great and there is a ton of coverage. Although the pricing recently went up (per paycheck), it is still very affordable. If you have an everyday prescription then you have to get Optum RX, which is a terrible company. (Not customer focused) 401k is a great competitive match too.
401K is excellent. Benefits package is great, different options to choose from whether you're a single, married, or family.
Astounding well rounded benefits package
Paternity leave would be great, Fathers play a large part in family dynamic being successful. A transition back to work option after having a new baby would be great- going from being home with baby for 6 weeks to jumping in to 40 hours back at work is hard for a new parent. Full compensation while out with a new baby would be great too. Many other companies offer much better benefits around maternity leave ours is just lumped into short term disability. Don’t make having a family something that competes with sustaining a career.
Medical not good, after 6 months you get one week of vacation and after they start growing for the second week so you get two weeks of vacation the first year. You're getting sick days a year. 401K matching
Great benefits! Guest suites, employee tuition reimbursement, rent discounts, medical and dental 401k...
Really good benefits though there were a few times where the right deductions were not taken out correctly towards the end of the year.
Health insurance is high and the deductible is high.
Health Insurance Premiums went down.
