Salary was more than fair. I had a long commute to the city so I was allowed to work from home 2 days per week after 6months of working there. I have to admit, I don't recall the other benefits but I don't remember having any issues.
An unlimited PTO policy was put in place and promoted as a benefit, all so the company could cut down on PTO and force employees into working more. Only the management team can take as much time off as they want, with no advanced notice.
The company has a 401K program but doesn't match.
Benefits were decent, health and dental. Company paid for a significant portion of (> 80% I think). Plans were decent.
No distinction between vacation time, sick days, or personal days.
The company has all of its benefits through ADP, so you get big company benefits & pricing at a smaller company. Company pays close to 100% for my healthcare coverage. 401K is fine, but it'd be nice if they matched.
I know that a lot of people never got their healthcare benefits information. Promised 401K (non matching) after 3 months but received a letter about it a year into the job.
