The health insurance could definitely be better. Also you only get two weeks of paid maternity leave (Family Medical Leave) and after that you can take up to 10 more weeks, but it has to come out of your sick and convenience leave bank. If you run out you have to take a pay dock if you want to stay home with your baby.
There is very little time off. After you have worked there for one year, you get two convenience days. You have to pay for your own insurance.
