    Health Insurance premiums are horrible and the coverage is no good. I have had to switch providers three years in a row. At this point I cannot afford to go to the doctor for wellness checkups, only catastrophic emergencies. "Use it or Lose it" vacation is also a joke since they never backfill positions so there is no way to take time off since there is no one to fill in for me when I leave. I end up "losing" 3 weeks of vacation every year. I understand that the employees in California get that paid out but no one else does. I'm sure those at corporate have great perks (daycare, cafeteria, company store...) but those of us at the smaller sites just get told to save more money. The 401k is decent with a 100% up to 4% and then Campbell's throws in 3% on top of that. This provider has changed three years in a row also.

    Good benefits. Health care costs are about on par with other companies in the area. Maternity & paternity leave very generous, more than typical companies in the area.

    This is a review of the Campbells 401K department (Mercer) and the 3rd party (Imperian) that handles address changes for anyone that has the unfortunate circumstance of having their 401K with Campbells. I have been in contact with them 6 times via phone and 2 times via mail to just change my address on my account. Mercer will send you to Imperian and Imperian will send you to Mercer. You will change you address with Imperian but they can not communicate with Mercer internally for some reason. But you can't directly change it with Mercer because they'll send you to Imperian. You get the drill. GOOD LUCK dealing with these idiots. 6 months later, I can't get my address changed. Pull ALL my 401K money out of the account because of their lack of ability to do a simple thing like change my address (I've sent them all the requested info) and moved it to another 401K company instead.

    After recent changes, health insurance covers much less than before. They have also removed almost all retirement benefits for new hires.

    Campbell has excellent benefits. 401k is very good, contributing 3% and matching up to 4% for a total of 7%. PTO is also great, starting at 3 weeks. There are great perks at WHQ, including a full-service cafe, company store with discounted products, full gym with trainers and courses, employee shuttle to and from 30th St. station, daycare for infant through 12, employee credit union, and more. There are several resource groups and professional networks at Campbell, which host multiple employee events and charitable functions throughout the year. There is paid maternity and paternity leave, as well as unlimited sick days and work-from-home capabilities. Aetna health insurance, Metlife dental insurance, and ability to have HSA or FSA.
