One of the negatives is that there is no distinction between vacation, sick, or personal days. All days are lumped under paid time off.
Horrible. Everything. I hated it and they were mean.
Insurance is very expensive, with very large deductibles. There are large price increases yearly. Insurance company declines many payments.
They offer and FSA as well as HSA, and they also offer time off (one day per month) to participate in charity events. The worst thing is that the cheapest plan has a SUPER high deductible ($5000). Also, it is not cost effective to add a spouse. The cost goes from around $19 a month to over $600 (per month!)
THIS IS BY FAR ONE OF THE WORST COMPANY TO WORK FOR IN THIS INDUSTRY. Rent isn't free anymore because you work a certain amount of hours, and you pay your rent. Have to live on-site. You're suppose to get commission based how many lease you close, but you never see it. Managers are sleeping with residents. To advance and move up you have to sleep with, smoke, drink, and party with your current "boss". This company can't keep a General Manager or Leasing Manager more than 2 months or if their life depended on it. The staff/RD/managers aren't qualified, although they've been here for ever three months or longer. Suppose to have monthly programs but they always run out of petty cash; managers don't know have to budget or disperse money evenly or by priority of event. Also managers spend it on useless item like: buying chipotle, their favorite drinks, and snack. List goes on.. I would give this company negative stars if I could.
