We consider it vitally important to take good care of ourselves with the same personalized, whole-person care we provide every patient. At CTCA, our Stakeholders (employees) are empowered to choose from three medical plan options based on what is best for their healthcare needs. We currently offer the options of a PPO and two High Deductible Plans with HSAs that allow Stakeholders to save pre-tax dollars for healthcare expenses.     Horrible benefits. Yes, you will get coverage of everything, but you will pay for it all. The best thing about their benefits package is their PTO. But their health benefits are pathetic to say the least... although they will twist it to make you think they are fabulous. Don't buy the hype. Paying a $5,000 - $10,000 out of pocket deductible is not a realistic number for front line employees who are struggling to pay their rent and survive as it is.

    It costs too much money, like most places. Will cost you about $55 every two weeks if you're single, and at least $1000-3500 in out of pocket per year. You can pay the out of pocket with a pre-tax HSA. They give you a little money for the HSA like $750, last year they gave $1000, you have to play the rest if you want to up to $3350 in 2016. It gets worse every year, not better. It's currently "Cigna" insurance but they are thinking about changing to someone else to save money soon!

    I mean, it's Cigna. Generally a bit chaotic and you'll likely get multiple bills for one service, but hey, at least there's health insurance. It's reasonably priced too. Not more than $300 for the month.

    Only one option......poor out of network benefits.....prescription copays as high as $75.

    Deductible and Out of Pocket Max are fairly high.
