You get paid time off/personal holidays...but you don't get to actually use them and you lose them when the new year starts. They will try to put stuff on your paycheck that you didn't sign up for like disability insurance or cancer insurance and if you call them on it they get mad at you and refuse to remove the charges so you either learn to live with it or quit or be fired.

401k is pretty good, if you put in 5% they will match 4% and there is no vesting at all, any money they give you is yours every two weeks! Mangers get 40 paid days off to start out with, regular employees get about 35 to start with. As with everywhere, the medical is going up every year and it's a high-deductible health care plan, it's going to cost you as a single person at least $1000-3500 a year but you can pay the out of pocket from a pre-tax HSA.

Benefits package was very expensive which led to more out of pocket.

It was comprehensive but the levels were average or slightly below compared to other companies.

The best thing is the HSA that the company gives you yearly. Employees can also contribute to this fund as well
