    If you done have their Health Insurance it is hard to get the benefits of having services performed at the hospital at a discount!

    Cigna health insurance was good, vision insurance offered was great, they used VSP and offered a generous amount towards glasses and contacts, and they offered tuition reimbursement. $600 worth of supplements in the pharmacy per year.

    The benefits package here is very good compared to other companies. For starters they give you 2K up front for your HSA plus they have Stakeholder Wellness incentives in which you can potentially earn another 1500 or so dollars in your HSA account. Granted it is a high deductible insurance plan - this makes up your deductible I found. They had a 25-30 dollar gym credit when I was there. They also improved their PTO plan so I believe now you have around closer to 15 days annual leave as opposed to 10. Their 401K plan is fair also. Your money is instantly vested in the plan so if you pull the pin after a few months - your money and their contributions are yours to take. They match 100% on the first 3% then 50% on the next 2% of your salary.
