You get it but actually being able to use it is another story and you lose it at the end of the year.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Non-Clinical Manager in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Pretty good. To start out, managers get 16 vacation days, 10 personal days, 8 sick days, 6 holidays each year for a total of 40 paid days a year! Employees get something similar, like a total of 35 days.

It doesn't matter how much time off you have. The environment doesn't support encouraging a person to use it.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Goodyear, Arizona

    Extremely stingy on vacation.

  • Jan 01, 2015
StarStarStarStarStar Former nurse practitioner in Zion, Illinois

Not enough paid time off in comparison to hours worked and compared to other organizations

  • Dec 09, 2014
StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Schaumburg, Illinois

What a farse. If HR knew what they were doing there would be a good PTO policy instead of some half baked plan like the debacle they rolled out this year.
