Standard 401k matching and vesting

The 401k is company matched up to 10% which can be very nice, The amount you designate to deposit increases automatically by 1% every year
The percentage rate on the company match is pretty fair
The company has profit sharing which they contribute to your 401K plan. They also match your contributions. You are able to borrow money from your plan and in some cases your do not have to pay it back.
Great matching 401K matching up to I believe 4-5 percent
