Sometimes the plan carriers are not covered in certain states (if you are remote) which poses a problem; therefore, you will have to secure privately held insurance to cover those areas.
Not alot of PTO is given. each month you earn a day of PTO, if you are sick and miss then that counts toward your days off. Health insurance packages arent the greatest.

Benefits got worse every year. More co pay, less coverage. However, this seems to be in line with the general business climate. Many companies pulled back to save money as health care costs rose, CBPS was no different. Benefit coverage for family would set you back quite a bit and you'd probably not qualify for better coverage through healthcare marketplace since you would not qualify for assistance in just about any position with the company.

Vacation sucked. Everytime you called in they would take the day from your vacation. Wouldn't let you take off more days than you had vacation
Though some of the company discounts are exclusive to New York, there are numerous perks as far as discounts go. Company health, vision, and dental are reasonable, and there are baseline levels of life insurance and accidental death/dismemberment provided, with additional coverage available. Leave and vacation time is easy to arrange, but PTO does not roll over from year to year.

Health insurance, a little bit expensive, but they offer different options from PPO, Kaiser (california employees), etc. After the 6th employment month they offer to match 401K contribution up to 5%.
