The vacation time increases by a day for each year you work. The company provides no 401k matching.

401k plan had no matching and did not have very good investment choices.

Medical is on par, but 401K has no matching component.

Work from home option is good, everything else is average at best. No matching 401K, no equity, room sharing on company trips, lowest level seating on long overseas trips, and you pay for your own laptop.

It is a small company, so its ability to negotiate benefits in the USA are limited. The health insurance was about as good as possible, all things considered.

Best: great medical and dental insurance matches/costs Good time off offered but tracking and holidays are somewhat lackadaisical and not well defined within the global community. Worst: NO matching 401K (BUT 401K is available, all employee based (No co. match) Overall benefits and compensation are on the high end.

The health insurance is fantastic, but the 401k is not great and they do not match your deposits. Bonuses are definitely on the low end compared to similar companies. You need to supply your own laptop even if you work in an office. PTO is average - 15 days.
