I've worked at places that gave more time off, but Canonical is between average and above-average, especially in the USA.
15 days is average, and not on par with what many other tech companies are offering. They also make you take a number of the days over the Christmas break, whether or not you want to. This leaves you with less days to use throughout the year when you want them.
10 days, but company hates you get PTO
They have a pretty generous PTO arrangement. I would give it 5 stars, but you are required to burn at least 4 of those days each year during the Christmas / New Years time for an enforced company shutdown. Otherwise, very nice PTO plan and no issues taking it whenever you need/want. They also give paid "Swap Days" that cover some of your weekend travel for work events. That's an added bonus to the PTO time if you travel a lot, especially internationally.
