The company pays for 100% of the employee premium and about 80% of your dependent premiums and offer the highest tiered plans in the market. You get the best coverage and zero cost to you. This was very much driven by the CEO care for the lives of the employees, not wanting them to have to worry about should some unfortunate or catastrophic happen to them or their family members. What more can you ask for?

Solid medical plan. Recently added 401k, but the company does not match any % of the contribution
health insurance average. no 401k. typical lunch in office and some happy hours but nothing special, better packages at other places for better pay
