Leadership is very clichey but lower level manager were awesome
private healthcare is always amazing
Pros: 401k match after 1 year of employment. Believe it’s up to 4% dollar for dollar - right about average IMO GymPass Added MLK Day and Juneteenth to Paid Holidays Cons: only 12 days of Vacation with 2 Floating Holidays... seems pretty low compared to industry standard
Good health insurance, vesting after 1 year
