Even as a low level data entry operator, we had access to the benefits offered to higher level employees. Excellent health insurance, dental, and vision. I've had comments multiple times from health professionals about how surprised they were at how much was covered. One example is that my vision plan covers up to $200 for frames once a year. We also got 4 hours of vacation every paycheck (we were paid twice a month), 2 free days off per year that we could use whenever we wanted, and paid holidays for specific holidays that the company observed (like Thanksgiving and Christmas). I had a better work opportunity elsewhere, otherwise I honestly would have just stayed for the benefits.
