“Coverage for everyone v with options of high and low deductible plans”
“Match upto 4%. Can be more so I will say its average”
“20 days yearly is decent time”
Health insurance provided is good and meets industry standard, 401k contribution matching is generous but not the best
Good options including help with daycare
Excellent insurance (Cigna), 401k match up to 5% (used to be 8% though), 2-3 weeks vacation on start depending on level, 2 personal holidays, 7 national holidays, and up to 10 sick days.
Benefits in general are good and comparable with other major consulting companies. The only drawback - No 401K match (about 4% total) is offered for 1st year you join, so you lose out on that. Also, 401K does not offer direct stock investments and only have some standard mutual funds to invest in. Health and medical benefits are at par with others. No retirement plan / yearly money additions that some companies offer as additional perk in addition to basic 401K match is also missing. Generous PTO times - 16 - 20 days with some rollover depending on your grade. Mobile phone discounts are not very useful - its offered only if you switch to certain carriers -- so if you have Verizon and AT&T - no discounts - which is a bummer.
The benefits package is comparable to the industry
Capgemini has Excellent Benefits Package
Great perks with 401K for all full time employees
Very Good benefits and support
401k matching 6% after first year, 12 days pto, sick days
very average benefits package. i plan and expect to come out of pocket for visits to hospitals and doctors.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
