Health insurance is way better than competition. the copay and the medical coverage is very good, the 401k also good.

Maternity leave is only via short term disability. In general it is 6 weeks paid unless a more complicated recovery when you can get 8 weeks. This does not compare with other consulting firms who are extending family leave options like Deloitte, Accenture, and EY, etc.
Three weeks of vacation at my level; have options of both a 401(k) and a Roth 401(k) with a good selection of funds to choose from; pretty decent health plans; profit sharing plan.
Good plans overall although the contributions can get pricey; not up to competition on maternity leave; flexible on working from home for most roles
