    Generous comp package. Health insurance is high-deductible but much cheaper than what you pay in premiums elsewhere. There is a 401k match, company paid short and long-term disability and life insurance. On-site gym with fitness instructor, great cafe and dry cleaning service available. Nice facility with easy parking. Flex schedule with ability to work from home which varies by department.

    Best thing is that even though it is a high deductible insurance plan, CDPHP provides an HRA for a greater portion of the deductible, making it less expensive on the employee. The worst thing about the benefits is that some of the perks vary from department to department and is solely the discretion of the supervisors. This was not mentioned during the interview process.

    We used to have an option of an EPO or HDPPO. Three years ago they switched to only HDPPO and were told take it or leave it. I used to pay $2,000 a year out of pocket now I pay $4,000 every year because I have chronic illnesses that require medications that are very costly. Salaries have not increased much to accommodate these extra costs. The 401k is matched at only 2.25% to your 8+%. We used to get a lot of extras that have all been taken away. It used to be a great company to work for. Management still gets all their perks. Cuts only for non-management staff.

    Far worse and way more expensive health insurance than a health insurance company should offer its own employees!
