Retirement & Savings
Helping people retire well is core to what we do at Capital, and that effort certainly extends to our associates. Each year, Capital contributes an amount equal to 15% of your total compensation—up to regulatory limits—into a retirement plan. In many locations, you and your family also can invest directly in Capital-managed funds, without paying typical fees and commissions.
Time away from work
We take pride in providing an environment that enables our associates to do their best work. We also understand that it’s important to have time away from the office to relax. All associates begin accruing vacation and sick time immediately upon joining the organization. We offer generous time-away benefits and support your commitments to your family and community.
Capital Group has great benefits. My favorite was the 15% of my salary they put into my Retirement Plan each year! Not a match, just an additional 15% of my salary into my retirement account.
Great retirement plan - unmatched in this industry
Excellent comprehensive benefits package. 4 weeks vacation, 2 weeks sick, low cost, robust PPO plan offered. Also has new benefits to help working mothers.
Retirement Plan Benefits are excellent
Overall very competitive benefits package. The retirement plan is the best, 15% contribution of salary annually whether or not you contribute. Vacation is good, 3 weeks minimally to start for all employees. There are a lot of perks and reasons to look at this employer.
Generous benefits and great pension plan.
Capital Group offered HMO and PPO health plan coverage with a reasonably low co-pay. Additionally, you have the option to participate in a DCRA, FSA, Legal assistance, Tuition Reimbursement (1st Undergraduate and Graduate degrees in Finance) and Life Insurance.
health benefits seem generally pretty good. Since we are in crazy tax rate California, bonuses/ relocation package get taxed heavily
