401k plan is likely one of the best in the industry. Capital Group does not provide a traditional employer match; instead they contribute 15% of each employee's yearly salary, including overtime and bonuses, to a 401k. Employees can also choose to invest extra in either a Traditional or Roth 401k. Health insurance and other perks are exceptional. In my opinion, the benefits package is a strong point of employment, as salaries may lag industry peers.

Can't say enough good things about the Capital Group's excellent benefit program for employees. They, hands down, are one of the top in this category. Full health coverage with different plans to choose from, including full dental and vision. Very family oriented with lots of support and resources for child care and family leave. Their Master Retirement Plan is awesome and such a wonderful retirement incentive which really sets the company apart.
