Medical benefits are just average but two bonuses and annual contribution to retirement plan are top notch. Generous time off. Need more flexible wfh arrangements. Excellent maternity and paternity leave.
The company contributes an amount equal to 15% of your total annual earnings per year in the Master Retirement Plan that vests over 6 years. The quality of the health insurance options has declined over the years along with raised premiums. Overall though, benefits are solid.

Great retirement plan 15% of the salary and paid sick time, health rewarding compensation, annual raise is not impressive at all. Actually salary is not as high as average market price, bonus is not impressive

Capital Group has great benefits. My favorite was the 15% of my salary they put into my Retirement Plan each year! Not a match, just an additional 15% of my salary into my retirement account.
