it is great benefit to have capital is good
I put in $2,000 into my HSA, while Capital One matches with an extra $1,000. Hate the fact that due to IRS requirements I have to use it up by the end of the year, or give up any money not used. This is a stupid regulation that has nothing to do with Capital One, however you should be able to rollover money not used, so that it is available for years when you have high medical costs. Now if the medical costs are low, you have to waste the money on health care you might not really need.
go ahead and use it especially if you need glasses
