401K matches up to 7.5% and uses Fidelity. Stock purchase program buys at a 15% discount and you can sell whenever or keep even after resigning. Exempt associates (full time salaried) receive 3 weeks (15 days) of vacation plus the option to buy another 5 days each year and carry over 5 days if unused from the previous years. Capital One observes all US Federal Holidays. Dental and Vision insurance are cheap. Medical is through Anthem Blue Cross /Blue Shield and while not the cheapest, you can find providers everywhere.
