Capital One grants paid vacation and holidays.
PTO for hourly and salary positions is different. PTO for hourly is about 3 weeks upon hire (includes vacation and sick time combined). Up to 40 hours can be rolled over each year. PTO may also be purchased during benefits enrollment.
Best thing about Vacation & Paid time off is that you will get 3 weeks vacation just starting out. Problem is that they will work you so hard that you wont have time to take the vacation earned without feeling guilty that the company is going to miss an important application delivery milestone.
Best for non exempts but once made exempt, you could actually lose 10 days PTO
Plenty of PTO and flexibility when I need it.
Ten paid holidays (one of the highest in banking) and very generous PTO/vacation time for new employees. Non-exempts get 3 or 4 weeks of PTO and exempts get 2 or 3 weeks of vacation, although the exempts do not have to track sick time. Exempts usually don't track the vacation either, at least that's been what I've observed while working there.
Good vacation & PTO poliy- will get an additional week of vacation, after 5 years completion.
Great vacation and paid time off plans... They have PTO and they have very little restrictions to them... just as long as you don't abuse them
PTO is determined by HR according to the years of service. However, it's quite flexible as your manager/director approves.
Get 21 days off with holiday - you can buy up to a week
Enough Paid Time Off and Vacation allowed. Work from home allowed to run your errands. You need to be in good books of your manager/ director to avail these work from home and partial day absence.
