HEALTH: Starting in 2016, Capital has for full time employees three complete national carrier health plans to chose from that are available within 60 to 90 days. Can chose individual, plus spouse or family. These health plans are not the typical HMO and are a PPOs which is much better. Plus have dental and vision plans available. RETIREMENT: Capital has had for over 15 years retirement plans which start 12 to 24 months depending on time of calendar year. Retirement benefits are through Fidelity Investments and unlike other companies that require years of being with company to be fully vested, you are fully vested from the time you start! HOLIDAYS: Company is closed all the major holidays, with 8 to 10 days off where you will get paid during that time if you are a full time employee. VACATION DAYS: 2 weeks to start! Basically one day earned for each month worked and more with seniority. SICK DAYS: Full time employees get sick days after 6 months employment. 2 of them not being used can be used for days off. VEHICLE ALLOWANCE: Capital provides over $5000 year in driving allowance for sales consultants immediately which is extremely generous compared to other companies in the industry. PLUS because Capital splits up territories, so consultants dont have to drive as far as typical companies, saving a ton of time and money. CELL PHONE: After time, there is some reimbursement for this. LONGEVITY INCENTIVES: Capital provides HUGE incentives to stay long term as different bonuses are given for longetiviy and performance. There are senior employees here that are given 10% bonuses of their entire income every 6 months. So if you make $100k, you can see a $10k bonuses
Get 10 days off as paid time off per year, but no health insurance, no life insurance, no disability insurance, no long term care insurance, no 401k or retirement until after two years at the co. This benefits package is lacking compared to most real co's.
