Insurance is a little pricey, but covers a lot. 14 weeks of fully paid maternity leave
They didn't raise the cost of benefits this year, which was helpful. D&I council just getting off the ground, but it seems like there is a genuine pursuit of D&I and they're open to suggestions.
Not available for interns. May be available if you have a job offer.
Health care decent package offered
Great options for your family
401k and other benefits offered which is great
Compensation for hourly work and ability to get discounts of 60% off most items. Unable to get other benefits just being a sales associate.
The overall company has a great structure set for their employees
They work part time management to the bone often working full time hours but getting no paid time off which is where they get you.
The worst thing I experienced is that they have to send you wardrobe every time from different store, after 3-4 weeks of waiting the wardrobe will be missing something.
