“Good for managment but rarely get the chance to take all of it Awful for non-managment ”
Good for managment Bad for non-managment
Terrible company that couldn’t care less about its employees. Was told by my supervisor I would receive unused accrued PTO and after a month of waiting and getting the runaround I received an email from corporate saying They will not payout accrued PTO after giving more than 2 weeks notice upon leaving. Benefits are total garbage. If for any reason you need to go to the emergency room they only cover $25. Steer clear of capstone...
Medical is really good but no 401k matching for associates at least.
Benefits are not good at all, even if you pick the most expensive one. Plus no matter how many years you work for them you only get 2 weeks vacation max after 5 years. Guys been their over 10 and still only get the 2 weeks.
Basic benefits package high price for insurance
the PTO and vacations and also the benefits
Health insurance at reasonable price..40 hour pay weeks...flexible shifts.. supervisors are reasonable .though pay can be better for some workers
You do not get paid vacation till after the first year, however as long as you ask at least a week in advance to have days off they are normally pretty lenient on letting you have those days.
I guess it’s a pretty good job
The worst thing about the benefits is that you have to pay for it from your pay check. It really isn't that bad, I guess. It's better to have it than not to have it.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
