401 K, lot of vacation time and personal time. For a single man, the insurance isn't bad.
Health insurance is okay for industry, all are high deductible plans with HSA. Dental and vision are standard, 100% paid preventative care. Much worse then old system which was very affordable with great coverage. Maternity leave is ok - 6 weeks 100% paid, nothing after that and no allotment for paternity leave. Lunch time workouts and activities are great perk, also drinks and snacks provided which is a plus. As company grows, this may be the first thing to go.
Awful. HR has no idea what our coverage and benefits actually are and tell us to call one of the subcontractors... who tell us to talk to HR. You can dig through the website to find forms but they're often old and obsolete. Now that we've been Bend Research, Capsugel and Lonza things are under any one of the three names and insurance companies don't know what to do.
Reimbursement for half of gym membership, decent 401k
Capsugel gives ample vacation time to employees (3 weeks starting) and has major holidays off as well as 6 floating holidays which can be taken at the employees discretion. The health benefits, however, are expensive and do not cover much until your deductible is met. For a company as profitable as Capsugel the insurance is not good.
Great Benefits, and friendly environment
Over three weeks of annual vacation in first year not including 6 other set holidays.
no bonus, but but good 401k
Benefits are standard except for a lack of mention that there would be no prescription plan for one of the two health insurance options. Screwed over A LOT of people on expensive prescriptions drugs.
Besides a great match, the extra 401k bonus deposit at the end of each year based on age and years of service was a HUGE plus!
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
