The best thing is the IncentFit package. You get $250.00 every year to spend on health/fitness related items. They also give a generous employee match.
Overall it is a great lineup of benefits. My favorite part is the flexible work schedule and a generous vacation package.
Great benefits package - low cost insurance thanks to Gartner, fitness reimbursement & pretty generous time off (however not unlimited like a lot of tech in this area). Tuition reimbursement after with company for a period of time. immediate 401k match & generous HSA contribution.
They don't make you feel bad about taking time off, as long as you let people know and get your work done.
Best thing about the benefits is that they're really flexible. You can have a traditional or HSA health insurance plan. You can choose between a parking pass or $125 for the metro every month. You get *unlimited* vacation. You get 12 weeks of maternity leave. It's, overall, a comprehensive package.
Best: It fully covers you. Worst: None at this time.
Best thing: Full health care coverage, including dental. Optional HSA Flex Spending Account Worst thing: 401 K match doesn't kick in until the 3 month mark
The benefits at Capterra are pretty incredible. - Matching 401K Roth or traditional through United - Unlimited vacation - HSA or traditional deductible plan - Casual dress code - Fully-stocked fridge - Ping pong table - Ultimate frisbee games - Work from home time - Gym in the bottom of the building - Free parking or metro fare to and from Ballston
