It is just the average 401k plan, nothing to special.
Match up to 4% of your pay, however you don't get to keep all the money they matched unless you've worked for 4 years or longer. If you quit before your first year is up, they take that money back. After that, it goes up by a percentage of 25%. First year you keep 25% of the money they put in, second year 50%, third year 75%, fourth year 100%.
There isn't anything bad about the only benefit they offer.
If you opt in for it, your check is measly.

I worked part-time, so I didn't know much about the 401 k plan.
Very well managed and decent employer contributions.
