Hard to get time off when you tried to submit it. Sometimes they would offer unpaid time off, but then make you submit paid time off for it, which could be hard if you didn't have enough. Had to wait 6 months before using any of it, so that meant 6 months not getting sick.

It isn't always the easiest to get approved for time off. Although what you accrue isn't bad, you are denied a lot of the time when you need days off.

Getting the time off for it is annoyingly difficult, but they offer two weeks of vacation and six federal holidays that you can take off if you want to.
