The benefits package is very comprehensive. The company provides free lunch every day as well as unlimited snacks from a fully stocked kitchen. They also provide reimbursement for commuting up to a certain amount. Another great perk is free access to a gym down the street. All of this is topped with great health insurance plans.

PROS: + 3 weeks vacation standard + free lunches + acceptable health insurance which is not too costly CONS: - NO 401k match. This is huge as many stronger firms in the area have upped their 401k match. I received an offer from a larger firm that will offer in excess of 6000 in yearly matching. Over the long term, the lack of matching is a major negative. - equity packages are in the majority of cases extremely weak. Lack of transparency regarding the value of said shares.
