Best - 401K matching, stock purchase benefit, time away Worst - I've had better insurance packages at other companies. I currently pay a lot out of pocket.
great about allowing time off and flexible with vacation as well as time off I don't use any benefits really because we have them through my spouses company so I don't need them . I did hear they are good though I think health insurance is a bit high we get it through my spouse 300 cheaper

For store management the base salary is good but could be better. The new 401k match 100% till 6% is impeccable. the EAP could use updating and be more company related rather than using third party insurance carrier. Time away policy should not be discretionary.
