The healthcare insurance is horrible. I paid over $10,000 out of pocket expenses last year and received no premium benefit. The out of pocket deductible is very high. This is the worst healthcare insurance that I have every had.

Tuition reimbursement, vacation time, flexible work hours and working remotely are good. What isn't good is health insurance is HSA reimbursement at 1k for a family and deductible is 3k, high premiums and even then only covered at 90% after deductible is met.
