A lot of trips versus just paying people more, and giving more vacation time. 401k is good, but you don't have a lot of money to spare.
Basic benefits are fine. Nothing over the top with insurance, 401k, or vacation time. There are regular happy hours and meals (mostly at end of quarter/years). You can occasionally get tickets to major sporting events or show in town. The annual company trip and 4-year trips are the biggest perk. All expenses paid trips to the Caribbean annually with the teams you work with and every 4 years you receive an all expense paid 1 week trip for 2 anywhere.
decent 401k program, provide meetings to explain how it works. Health package seemed pretty standard.

The benefits are good, great healthcare and dental which takes effect almost right away.
Alcohol is used as an incentive. They are not flexible with hours and usually you need to work overtime to get your work done or to avoid getting in trouble my upper management.
The 401 k plan is pretty good. They match you 40% of what you put in. The dental and health care plans are pretty standard. They're put into affect after the first month.
