Work from home is an amazing perk. Career development and training is always available.
Benefits were okay. Everything offered was standard.
Once a week WFH days. Daily snacks and beverages. Team outings. Flexible work hours.
Bad benefits, almost no vacation. Leadership will pressure so that you never work from home or take pto
Best: - ability to WFH - 2 weeks PTO + holidays - 401K, Health, Dental, Commuter Worst - low amount of sick days per year
Parental leave policy is great for moms and dads - up to 4 months off
Michael Epstein need to resign. He singles out pretty single petite females and its amazing AdWeek hasn't caught wind of it. Pay raises... sneakers... ask him about it!
Very flexible. Great perks and great benefits overall.
no benefits for contractors and little partial with full time people. They should ask contract people also and should provide at least some benefits as they are also working hard for their company.
The only okay benefit for Carat is the 401 K program. All other benefits were worse than every other company I have worked at, and worse than those family and friends work at.
