Non-exempt employees start accruing 15 days of PTO from the moment become a Regular Full Time Employee. For each completed year of service an employee receives an additional day of PTO up to a maximum of 20 days. Exempt employees do not accrue a set number of days, but are encouraged to take time off as they need it.
Exempt enployees have unlimited vacation days
I take about four weeks or so per year. Very lenient and it is almost always granted. Sometimes it is a frustrating though since key people are away and things slow down a lot.
Unlimited vacation is great, and it's encouraged to use it.
Unlimited PTO days that plenty of employees take advantage of
People us their time off to interview at other companies.
Salaried employees have no set limit on time off they can take. We are encouraged to take what we need. Surprisingly, you don't see abuse with this policy. Personally, I have found I take less time off because I know i can take it when I need it. Personally, i prefer long weekends, etc. over taking a full week off at a time so this is perfect for my lifestyle!
Extremely flexible vacation policy, no set number of days.
