benefits start day one of employment. Being this is a large outfit, premiums are very affordable for families. paid time off is inviting, company lunches, free flu shots for family.
Overall Benefits are good. 401K plan is very good. They match up quite well and have good options. Health insurance is as per in line with other big employers but not out of ordinary. You may have HSA account that is a plus. PTO numbers are good but cannot be carry forward

They are great. Except the girl you work with for leave will send everywhere else.
It takes 5 years to get to 4 weeks of vacation pay and the sick pay is tied to the vacation pay.
