They do have excellent benefit. Top insurance & Paid time off. They have an excellent 401K plan which is open to all employees including profit sharing.
A lot of different benefits are provided, but the health insurance premium is high.
Best is $1k tours medical expenses paid by corporate. I wish the 401k compensation was more but it's not and in order to receive the 3% match you must do minimum of 6% as the match half percentage for each one percent you make.
The best thing about the benefits package at Cardinal was the 21+ days PTO that were given to you immediately upon being hired. Also, the health insurance was extremely cheap, especially considering they work you 60-70-80 hours a week and the overtime pay takes care of it.
This was an excellent company to work for!
Robust benefit package, however if you worked weekends you were considered 90% employee...
