Health Benefits are a high deductible plan, then 80/20. Horrible for a "healthcare" company . Worst health benefits I've ever had.
Don't let the 184 hours of PTO fool you - first of all, that includes an allotted 7 sick days. Sick time should be separate, as it is everywhere else. Second, there are no floating holidays or personal days. There are only 7 paid holidays. Most companies offer 9-11 paid holidays. We work Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, President's Day and Good Friday, when most other companies are off.
Health insurance is Obama Care level that you pay at GOLD level for. They have benefits like dog insurance and car? are you kidding?
Expensive. Only focus on PTO as a benefit. Pay is below industry average and they know it. Executives are well paid
