401 k and unlimited PTO
They provided very generous PTO (23 days) at start.
Medical benefit costs are reasonable. PTO 16 days, 'sick PTO': 7 days. 8 paid holidays but you aren't told that you have to work at least 1-2 of them for 1/2 day or full-day until you are in the job.
