Once hired you get 164 hours of payed time off and full medical benefits and able to invest in a 401K. After 3 months you get a voucher fir free work boots.

The only option is a high deductible HSA account. Lots of opportunities to get more money into your HSA though, by submitting screening results and doing health management items.
I would get time off when i needed and was able to take a vacation whenever I wanted. Never any one looking over my shoulder about my work ethic

23 days of pto starting, 7 paid company holidays. 401k match up to 4.5%, benefits start day one.
Benefits are affordable and decent! 401k has a 4% match, and PTO is very good. While vacation and sick time is lumped as PTO, you start on your first day with 20 days off, and the company recently increased it to I believe 23 days (or is going to).
