Unlimited PTO plan is great, good medical, dental, and vision plans. The 401k match is about 2.5% if you contribute 5% which is pretty average. Maternity and paternity leave were introduced in the past couple of years. Ability to work from home when needed and flexible work hours. Lots of other smaller benefits I’ve been able to take advantage of that aren’t generally available at other companies are easy to take for granted but nice to have if you use them.
Benefits were pretty strong - employee stock plan and opportunity to get additional stock based on performance, very flexible work hours so great if you have a doctor's appointment, someone coming to your house for something or kids to pick up, unlimited PTO - good and bad - I personally found that I took less PTO while at Cardlytics since I didn't have "days" to use so set a goal to make sure you are getting the proper balance you need, and your manager will be supportive of that as long as proper coverage is in place. Good insurance options! My husband actually moved to my plan as it provided great coverage. They rolled out a new maternity leave policy which is very strong for employees who have been at Cardlytics for some time. One of the better ones in the industry for employees who have been there a few years!
A great benefit feature was the unlimited vacation
There is nothing bad to say about the benefits package at Cardlytics. They pay for a lot more for each employee than other companies do.
Most managers seem to be flexible about working from home. However, this may vary from team to team. Unlimited PTO translates to about 15 days.
There have been recent changes that have simplified and improved their overall benefits. There are still good insurance options but also a 401k, options and leave.
Lots of improvements as of late. 401(k) matching was recently rolled out. Work from home flexibility (may depend on your boss). Overall, a really nice office and good working environment.
The selection of benefits for 2017 were reduced when the company converted to Namely. 401K matching is finally being included.
Average benefits but good for the size of the company.
It's a fast paced environment so things change quickly without much notice but they have great work/life balance, excellent colleagues, free snack and drinks, game room, and the ability to work from home if needed.
