Good paid maternity leave benefit
Benefits were priced fairly reasonable. Not a large selection of plans.
Balance in work and home life.
the best is the maternity/paternity leave that is based on years of service 12/14/16 weeks paid for 1/3/5 years. Worst is 401k
Good insurance. No incentive program.
Covered their bases, 401k, time off, sick time, did not have any complaints while employed there
401 K match is 3 % and its only full 100% after 5 years. The best thing is the PTO which is 23 days plus a floating holiday. Also new maternity leave based on years of work with company from 12-16 weeks paid.
401k match, several healthcare plans to choose from, vision, dental. Life insurance included. Typical start is 15 days PTO.
The benefits package overall is the same as you find at any other firm. They offer health insurance, dental, eye, etc. There is also continuing education funding as well.
The health insurance is great with extra perks if you prove you had a physical etc. Wonderful 401K matching. Extra awards given for exceptional work done internally and for clients.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
