“3 plans. 2 are catastrophic high deductible plans. The third is incredibly expensive (800+ a month) with limited value unless you or one of your dependents are quite ill.”
“This is pretty much the same as any other employer 401k. There's a minimal match... the match is dependent upon vested tenure period passing. Nothing fancy.”
“Just 2 weeks PTO. I had to argue for a 3rd. This company has the worst PTO policy than anywhere else I've worked.”
Work life balance and the amenities from child care, to fitness, to dining are the best I've ever seen. Cost of deductibles for employer sponsored health plans is high.
The benefits package is so so. If it weren't for employer contribution to the HSA, I'd have just bought my own insurance out of pocket. The rest of the benefits were okay. The building is a nice place to work... it had a gym and game room.
The best things about the benefits package are: 1) The flexible hours 2) work from home time (only as needed, but no pre-approval) 3) Much more PTO than other local companies
