Not long enough of a vacation
On-site gym, Open PTO for salaried, lots of community events and employee activities to have fun, cafecito delivered straight to your desk, EAP plan has lots of benefits like legal support and counselling for families, employee discounts, and ping pong tables
Company reduces benefits more and more each year. Employees don't get as much maternity leave as they used to.
Just recently was told that they no longer do Maternity Leave - that is the only thing I might be upset about?
401K is decent. Unlimited PTO!! The rest is the usual.
The best is the unlimited vacation! The worst is the health insurance. It is not horrible, but it's not great.
Health insurance, 401k, unlimited vacation for salary based employees, 100% paid 3 month maternity leave, AFLAC insurance, Pet insurance
There are choices for different healthcare plans, there is 401k, unlimited PTO.
reat work-life balance, flexible work schedules, unlimited PTO, 100% maternity leave for 12 weeks, regular medical benefits ( a little room for improvement here), nice 401K with matching.
401(k) expense ratios are ridiculously high. Very limited number of mutual fund choices that average 1.5% expense ratios. Even the index funds are well above 1%. I've never seen a company retirement plan with such high fees. Other benefits are average, but nothing stellar. The entire Human Resource staff has turned over in less than 2 years as has much of the rest of the company.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
