CareFirst provides associates with a Paid Time Off (PTO) program to help meet associate needs for time away from work. Under the program, associates choose how to spend their time off – whether for sickness, child or elder care, personal appointments, vacation, an emergency or other reasons.
In addition, the Company offers benefits that can help associates meet other time-off needs, such as paid time off for jury duty and military leave and 10½ paid holidays for full-time associates.
12.5 holiday hours. 3 weeks of PTO once you're hired.
CareFIrst offers 4 weeks PTO upfront for exempt employees and there is opportunity to roll that time over. There is also a day of service, funeral leave, and other types.

Major holidays are paid time off there are some government holidays as well as Good Friday that you do not get off
