Employer Summary

CareFirst provides associates with a Paid Time Off (PTO) program to help meet associate needs for time away from work. Under the program, associates choose how to spend their time off – whether for sickness, child or elder care, personal appointments, vacation, an emergency or other reasons.

In addition, the Company offers benefits that can help associates meet other time-off needs, such as paid time off for jury duty and military leave and 10½ paid holidays for full-time associates.

    Major holidays are paid time off there are some government holidays as well as Good Friday that you do not get off

    PTO benefits are one of the strongest that I've worked for in the Baltimore market. 3-4 weeks with the option of buying an additional week. You can also carry over upto 3 weeks.
