Great benefits all around, medical, dental and vision are at a low cost; paid school tuition and gym just so many perks to name them all. Fantastic team spirit and management are so easy to work with. I would defiantly recommend this company.
Health insurance is the best insurance I've had in Las Vegas, no question about it. My husband and son have seen specialist after specialist and it's very affordable for my large family!

No 401K match for first year then avg 3%, health insurance doesn’t kick in until the first of the month after your first full month (start mar 7, no insurance until after April 30), hefty biweekly health insurance deduction, limited holidays (you work Christmas Eve), limited maternity/paternity which is bare minimum for the state, cannot take a sick day unless you use PTO

Pros: The benefits and PTO are good. The quarterly incentive program is a great perk! Cons: challenging work/life balance along with individuals being promoted within the company without knowledge of open positions.
The best thing about the benefits is the tuition reimbursement. Hard to think of any other employer with similar benefits.
