Paid time off is good and you can earn additional days by meeting goals. Birthdays are a paid day off. Gym membership is offered. The health insurance is average to good. For a smaller organization, overall the offerings are attractive and they keep trying to approve them.

Benefits changed frequently. Insurance offered was terrible. Employer only paid half of the worst plan. They don't match 401k.
