They offer standard PTO time but the best part is you are able to cash in unused time at the end of the year.
I started employment with 3 week of vacation. Many companies will provide only 2 for new hires.

must maintain minimum 60hrs in your PTO bank. If you plan on utilizing FMLA, they require you tap into your PTO first. So: if you are in perfect health, you are golden. Otherwise forget vacation planning, as sick pay is taken from your PTO.
