Health insurance was very expensive
The co pay is ridiculous and it's just not a great health plan
No benefits, you get health care and all that after 90 days but it's high as hell, no Pto no vacation time, nothing, they give you a hard time requesting off
No benefit, no wage increase
I started off at $11/hr and after one year I asked for a raise and got bumped to $12/hr. Some people who were there before me were making 14/hr.. Vacation was 40 hours every 900 regular hours worked then it changed to 40 hours every 1200 regular hours worked then 40 hours every 1500 reg hours worked. I had 2 sick days no personal days but newer hires got no sick or personal days. You get paid holidays. Insurance kept changing every year and getting higher. No 401k or any other benefit available. After I left friends told me that all employees had to take a mandatory pay cut of 10%.
In order to get time off, you have to accumulate about 2000 hours or so. Then, requesting that time off was a negotiation between you and your supervisor and the account manager.
No good benefits really, everything sucked.
no benefits at all for CCI
I didn't receive any of these things because I was laid off once the program ended. I do believe that they offered such things but I only worked there 8 days straight.
They offered benefits after you finished a 60-90 day probationary period.
