If you work full time there's pretty good benefits. Medical, dental, and vision as well as a matched (to a point) HSA, and 401k retirement. Paid holidays.
Tell people you work weekdays, but always make sales teams work Saturdays to make numbers.
Currently I'd say that the benefits package with Career Step is pretty standard/equivalent to other tech companies in the area. However, I do appreciate the fact that they try to accommodate everyone's needs/wants as best as possible.
Not sure there is a worst benefit. They offer a complete package with the basics, great 401k through Vanguard. They also allow dogs, the have a great onsite gym as well.

Career Step recently switched to a self-managed paid time off policy, instead of accrued vacation and PTO. They offer free soda, daily snacks, and an occasional free lunch. There is an onsite gym.
401k Match and Healrh Insurance are good
They pay for most of your healthcare benefits....a rarity nowadays.
Offer Health Insurance (minimal coverage), 401k is okay pretty standard to most jobs, time off is almost impossible for ground level employees or your job is in jeopardy.
They matched the 401k penny for penny.
They have decent health insurance.
