Career Step Vacation & Paid Time Off

As long as you're getting the job done, Career Step offers unlimited PTO. This was an excellent option for me considering I take care of my two kids.

They give you time but your job becomes at risk if you use it. management does not set up environment to allow time off.

I thought it was okay, but you felt guilty about taking any time because other people got stuck with your work or you would come back to a mess.

It's nice that they provide a couple weeks of vacation (paid out upon leaving company) to start. They also provide six days of PTO (not paid out) per year.
